What exactly is spinning?

Using static bikes in a specially designed studio and under the guidance of a specialized spinning instructor, the spinning program is perfectly adapted to your needs while exercising legs, arms, shoulders and abs. A group of cyclists, of all ages and genders, following the instructions of the coach perform the training program, using only the bike. Training becomes more efficient when you use a heart rate monitor. Indoor cycling training includes exercises that train all the muscle groups that act during cycling.

Training is intermittent with pace changes on a stationary track bike. The resistance comes from the front wheel and is adjustable, there is a brake, the saddle is adjusted vertically and horizontally.
