In the context of individual responsibility, we, in turn, ask you to observe the mandatory hygiene measures, to regularly use the devices with antiseptic and disinfectant liquid that are available in all areas of our gyms, as well as to observe the prescribed safety distances by your fellow athletes.

Together we can stay healthy and in good physical condition. The new conditions require full observance of our measures and rules of operation:

• Desport Health clubs have created a special application to book the appointments that are necessary to maintain the required number of people simultaneously in the gym. For the best service of all our members, a limit of 4 training sessions per week has been set and respectively 3 hours in group programs per week.
• Each member, during his stay in the club, must maintain the prescribed safety distance from his teammates and the gym staff and wear his mask.
• When you arrive at the gym, it is necessary to use a mask, fill in the entry-exit form and demonstrate the self test
• . If one has a certificate of complete vaccination one can exercise without the use of a mask.
• The use of elevators must be done by one (1) person at a time.
• Absolute compliance with the overall operating regulations of the gym is essential.
• If you practice aerobics and you are 3 meters away from the participants you can remove your mask.
• Please do not close the doors and windows to ensure continuous ventilation of the gym.
• The use of a large personal towel is MANDATORY to enter the training room.
• Repeated use of antiseptic during your workout is recommended. Antiseptic pumps have been installed in prominent places of our gyms.
• It is necessary to wash your hands often for at least 20΄΄.
• Use only closed foot trash cans.
• The locker rooms only work to leave your clothes in the closets. The showers are out of order.
• It is recommended to wash your clothes after training, to wash them in the washing machine with common detergent, at a high temperature.
• The vending machines will only have water and their use for your service will be done exclusively by the floor gymnast, please contact him.
• We have taken care of the continuous disinfection of the premises and training equipment, as well as the ventilation of the premises.
• Our trainers and staff will always serve you wearing their mask.
• It is now necessary to reserve a place, through the new application to carry out your training on the predetermined day and time.
• All our group courses will be offered with limited places / course and reservation will be required.
